Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Ellis Taylor, an American screen and stage actor and producer. She is best known as a film actress due to her roles as a character in Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) and The Mentalist. She made her professional acting debut in the role of Ariel as Ariel in The Tempest in 1995. She's appeared in Broadway with roles in Come and Gone, A Winter's Tale, Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. Her film career is highlighted by her roles on Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express, and The Help. In her television work, she's received praise for her part as a regular character on ABC's police drama High Incident.
