Dennings was involved in a romantic romance with Nick Zano (co-star of "2 Broke Girls") between 2011 and 2014. She began dating Josh Groban after their breakup. The couple remained together up till 2016. Dennings and Andrew W.K. met in the early part of 2021. In the course of a few months, the two began to meet and by the end of the month of May, 2020 they revealed their engagement. Dennings is an avid follower of the musician. She has followed him since the year 2014.
