Dennings was in a relationship with Nick Zano from 2011-2014, she was her co-star on "2 Broke Girls". After their breakup Dennings began dating singer Josh Groban. They remained together until the year 2016. Dennings as well as Andrew W.K. met in the early part of 2021. They soon began dating and confirmed their engagement in the month of the May of 2021. Dennings is an avid follower of this artist. She has followed him since 2014. While Dennings grew up Jewish and has stated that she identifies more with the faith on an ethnic and cultural level and doesn't make religion an important part of her lifestyle. She enjoys reading, gardening and painting. She had planned to attend an art college in the past however, her plans were ruined by a flooding that damaged her portfolio.
